What do students of the Ascended Masters have in common with the training of Navy SEALS? It turns out, a lot! Drawing on a commencement speech given by the former head of the SEALS, Admiral William McRaven, entitled “Make Your Bed”, we will look at the training of Navy SEALS and what is similar and what is different as we learn to walk the path of our ascension. (If you aren’t familiar with the speech, we have attached a transcript.) You may have more in common with the SEALS than you think!”

Rev. Sidney Bennett has conducted workshops, lectures and Summit University seminars worldwide on the Teachings of the Ascended Masters for many years. For many years, he was the commentator on the popular Open Door Internet Radio Show, an hour-long discussion of practical spirituality in today’s world. In 2020, he published a compilation of some of his sermons in the book, Practicing Sainthood, Walking the Path of Your Ascension. A husband and father, he also brings a down-to-earth, insightful and sometimes humorous approach to relationships.
