In this illustrative seminar, we will discuss the four pillars, the power of fohat, and how to invoke the ruby ray more effectively.Michael Seegers is a Judo master with more than 50 years of training. Experienced with numerous Yoga systems and a respected teacher of metaphysics and astrology, he found the Teachings of the Ascended Masters in 1982. Michael was President of the Toronto Teaching Center from 1999-2000. He founded the Shambhala Temple of Light in 2008, where he has been presenting weekly classes on Saturday nights to deepen the understanding of the Teachings. Michael also ran an import company that helped establish the Canadian Goji berries market.
